Cancellation Policy

A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds. If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of the invoice will be charged. If cancelled 21-29 days before arrival, 25% of the invoice will be charged. If 14-20 days before arrival, 50% of the invoice will be charged. If 7-13 days before arrival, 75% of the invoice will be charged. No refunds are given for seasons / holiday bookings & Knysna Festivals. Contact reservations to find out dates of festivals and peak seasons when refunds are not applicable.

No noise or music allowed. No parties. No excessive alcohol. Pool and braai area close at 9pm daily.
