The Russel Hotel features three accommodation types: Our Single Rooms can accommodate a couple or individual, and our Family Rooms (2 roomed) are ideal for up to four people. Or stay in the Garden Cottage, which sleeps up to seven guests.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all refunds. If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, 10% of the invoice will be charged. If cancelled 21-29 days before arrival, 25% of the invoice will be charged. If 14-20 days before arrival, 50% of the invoice will be charged. If 7-13 days before arrival, 75% of the invoice will be charged.  No refunds are given for seasons / holiday bookings & Knysna Festivals. Contact reservations to find out dates of festivals and peak seasons when refunds are not applicable.
